Shipping Policy

At NuVora, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $25: $5.99 flat rate
  • Orders $25 and over: Free shipping
  • Brand partner items (such as The Original Doggy Bag® by Rubyloo) ship directly from the brand and are not included in free shipping. Their shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and they don’t count toward the $25 free shipping total.

Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the item ordered:

  • Most items: 4-7 business days after your order ships

  • Items marked “Ships from the US” on their product page (such as our Lof collection): 2–5 business days

  • Brand partner items (such as Rubyloo): usually ship within 2 business days from the United States

If you order a brand partner item together with other items, they’ll arrive in separate packages.

Each product page notes its specific shipping window. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occasionally occur due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. 

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at nuvora925@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
